Payment terms for Fit Review deposit authorizations and engagement holds.
Fit Review Deposit
The $5,000 Fit Review deposit authorization may be required before engagement scoping begins. The authorization is a temporary hold. If both parties determine there is not a strategic fit, the hold may be released at Agent Denne LLC's discretion. If the engagement is approved, the authorized amount may be captured and credited toward the total engagement fee.
Software Pricing & Engagement Payments
Software pricing is based on each specific job and is quoted and agreed upon after engagement scoping. Engagement payment authorizations are temporary holds. Payments are not captured until completion or an approved milestone, unless otherwise specified in a signed engagement agreement. Final capture terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.
Disputes
Any payment disputes should be directed to Agent Denne LLC at hello@agentdenne.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns directly.
Processing
Payment methods are authorized through Stripe. Agent Denne LLC does not store payment card information.
Client should review and approve this copy before going live.
